Q. Which Shop Kit Plus package should I choose?
Generally speaking, if you're a new business owner or if you haven't been in business very long, you'll be find if you start out on the SKPlus1000. If you are an experienced business owner and you've already had bandwidth or webspace issues at your current host, you will want to look at your statistics and consider the larger packages.
If you aren't sure, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk and we'll help you decide what package you need.
Q. I just placed my order and haven't heard anything. What is going on.
A. Once you place your order, you will immediately receive a sign up receipt. If you didn't, it's probably in your spam or bulk folder. If you don't find it there, please submit a helpdesk ticket and we'll resend your receipt. This also means you probably didn't get your Welcome letter, so let us know if this is true and we'll resend it to you.
Q. How soon will I be able to start setting up my site?
A. Your hosting account will be setup within 15 minutes after you place your order. You'll know it's setup when you receive your Welcome To Watersweb Shops email.
Because we manually install the Shop Kit Plus, it will take up to 24 business hours for it to be ready for you. I recommend, in the mean time, that you login to your cpanel, setup your email and familiarize yourself with the control panel. Watch the video tutorials, read the printable manual, etc.
