Kicking Myself For Not Moving Sooner!

I have been searching for a new host on and off for the last 6 months. Having found Watersweb Shops via a recommendation from another WAHM, I am now kicking myself in the pants that I didn't switch sooner! I mostly put off switching because I was afraid of downtime and the work that would be involved learning a new system and transferring all of my data.

I can now say that I worried and procrastinated for nothing! The switch over was simple and I was able to keep my site looking virtually the same as my old site - what a bonus! And when I ran into hiccups, it was as if Michelle was waiting for my emails. I never went more than 24 hours without a response back from her, and she held my hand until the problem I was having was resolved. Other hosts would do well to take lessons from Michelle and her customer service.

I also love that the SKP is so user friendly - even for the beginner. Many hosts offer HTML free carts, but the options are minimal. This has EVERYTHING you need and you can really do it all yourself! I know a little HTML, and I am impressed at how easy it was to move my store's template into this software. Plus, you can't beat all the extra bonuses that come with the SKP cart too! I haven't found anyone else yet that offers so many options for such a reasonable price.

I will happily be recommending Watersweb Shops to others in need of a great hosting company.

When I first purchased my SKP I became a little confused with some of the features, so I sent an email with my questions and was very impressed when I got a phone call from Michelle to see if she could help me out! Some companies I have worked with in the past were so faceless, and it was hard to tell if you were even getting email responses back from a real person - I find Watersweb Solutions to be very different. They are real people, it is easy to get ahold of them, and they are extremely helpful when you have a question.
