Watersweb Solutions Owner Michelle Waters
Michelle opened Watersweb Solutions LLC in 2002 after teaching herself how to build and host websites for her friends, who were selling cloth diapers and jewelry. She developed a love for helping the small work at home moms setup their online busineses, which lead her to develop the Shop Kit Plus in 2004.

During this time, Michelle cared for her son born in 2000 and her daughter, born in 2003, as a work at home moms as well. Her personal experience as a mompreneur has given her unique insight into the lives of work at home mothers.

Working closely with clients lead her to realize how much training and correct information new business owners needed. So she opened Product Seller's Talk Radio and her Online Business Mentoring Blog to server her clients. She is currently teaching Web Design and Internet Sales classes during the fall and spring semesters at Mid-America Technology Center in Oklahoma.

Client Assistant and VA Stephanie Fish
Stephanie is Michelle's righthand woman. She has her hand in everything from helping out with support tickets to managing projects, scheduling interviews and updating websites.

Even more impressive, Stephanie provides her assistant services to Michelle, to her own clients and is mom to five kids. On top of that, she homeschools. She is amazing, always with a cheerful attitude and a small that can be felt all the way to Oklahoma.

She is an awesome team player and has made it possible for Watersweb Solutions to be what it is today.

Client Assitant and Web Designer Kristine Deppe
Kristine has an amazing eye for design and color. While many web designers these days are self taught only, Kristine has both taught herself and studied web design in school.

She is committed to helping small and home-based business owners develop a site they can be proud of. Kristine understands that you not only need a great looking site, but also a helping hand in learning how to use that site.

Billing Manager Jen Smith
Jen is a former web designer and Watersweb Design Partner who decided to spend more time with her family, concentrating on local design clients only when she sees a need.

We are grateful that Jen agreed to stay on board and help out with our billing needs. You may know her from the emails she sends each month to gently remind our clients that an invoice is due.
